To answer your question, we're always watching. (cue omnious laugh here) Staff day will have a number of extra Things that require a bit more hands-on activity. We've got guest speakers coming in, and you'll be able to choose from several breakout sessions.
We'll also have the prize drawing for those who finish the exercise (such as yourself), and some extra treats. The event is really designed just for staff, so I don't think any extra people will be able to attend. We should have a good time, though, and it'll be a nice way to cap off the year and celebrate all we've learned.
